Returns
All sales are FINAL sale. Exchange policy is discontinued due to COVID-19 until further notice. Please contact us with any questions before purchasing.
ALL custom orders are non-refundable or exchangeable.
To be eligible for a size exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must ship the item back within 5 business days of receiving it.
NON-exchangable items, we do not accept products that are intimate:

HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR SIZE:
Please email cpcollectivellc@gmail.com to notify us regarding your exchange.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchanged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed and new size will be reshipped back to you within 5 days of receiving exchange.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
